These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and crabjl ("crabjl," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the crabjl online casino and sports betting platform, accessible at crabjl.app and any associated mobile interfaces.

By registering an account, making a deposit, or using any feature of the crabjl platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the crabjl platform.

The following terms, when used in these Terms and Conditions, shall have the meanings set out below:

By accessing or using any part of the crabjl Platform — including browsing the site, creating an Account, depositing funds, or participating in any game or promotion — you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and all policies incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms apply to all users of the crabjl Platform, including but not limited to registered players, guests browsing the site, and any person who accesses the Platform through any means or device.

If you are accessing crabjl on behalf of another person or entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms. crabjl accepts no liability for unauthorized use of an Account by a third party.

To be eligible to register and maintain a crabjl Account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuous basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age, as required under PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines.
• You are a natural person and not a corporate entity or automated system.
• You are not a resident of, nor are you physically located in, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or where access to crabjl would violate applicable local laws.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, agent, officer, or director of crabjl, nor an immediate family member or household member of any such person.
• You have not previously had a crabjl Account suspended, terminated, or closed for breach of these Terms.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for, or on behalf of, any other person.
• You are not using a VPN, proxy, or other technological means to circumvent geographic restrictions.

crabjl reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued Philippine identification document such as a UMID, PhilSys ID, passport, or driver's license. Failure to provide such documentation within the requested timeframe may result in Account suspension.

To access real-money games and betting services on crabjl, you are required to complete the registration process and create a single Account. During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and contact number.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your crabjl Account login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes.
• All activity that occurs under your Account, whether or not you authorized it.
• Notifying crabjl immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.
• Ensuring your registered contact details remain up to date at all times.

crabjl will never ask you to share your password via email, chat, or any other communication channel. Any person claiming to be crabjl staff and requesting your password should be reported to our support team immediately.

One Account Policy: Each player is permitted to hold only one registered Account on crabjl. Duplicate accounts discovered during routine checks or following a player complaint will be closed. Any Real-Money Balance in a duplicate Account may be confiscated. Bonus Balances in any duplicate Account will be forfeited without exception.

crabjl reserves the right to require identity verification (KYC) before approving withdrawals, on account opening, or at any point during the player relationship. KYC documents may include a valid government-issued photo ID and proof of address issued within the last three months.

All financial transactions on the crabjl Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). crabjl supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Additional methods may be added from time to time at crabjl's discretion.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your Real-Money Balance upon confirmation from the payment processor. crabjl does not accept third-party payments — you may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Minimum and maximum deposit limits may apply and are displayed at the time of the transaction.

Withdrawals: You may request a withdrawal of your Real-Money Balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account has passed applicable KYC verification.
• No active withdrawal hold or Account review is in place.
• The withdrawal amount does not exceed your available Real-Money Balance.
• The requested withdrawal amount meets the applicable minimum withdrawal threshold.
• Applicable Wagering Requirements attached to any Bonus Balance have been satisfied.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible. crabjl processes withdrawal requests as promptly as possible; processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and applicable verification requirements.

crabjl reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may be delayed or suspended if crabjl has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.

crabjl may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, reload offers, and other promotions to registered players. All promotions are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time the offer is made, in addition to these general Terms.

The following general conditions apply to all crabjl promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise:

• Each promotion is limited to one per player, one per household, one per device, and one per IP address.
• Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• Bonuses credited to your Account expire if not used within the time period specified in the promotion terms.
• crabjl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such modification does not adversely affect any bonus already accepted and in active use by a player.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion, exploiting software errors, or engaging in low-risk betting patterns to clear Wagering Requirements — will result in immediate forfeiture of the relevant bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in Account termination.
• Winnings generated from Bonus Balances that have not yet met Wagering Requirements will be held as Bonus Balance and are not withdrawable until requirements are fulfilled.

crabjl's decision on all promotional matters is final. Players who believe a bonus has been incorrectly awarded or withheld should contact the support team through the Platform's messaging channel.

All games offered on the crabjl Platform — including slots, live casino, Tongits Go, Tower, bingo, and sports betting — are governed by their individual game rules in addition to these Terms. It is your responsibility to understand the rules of any game before placing real-money wagers.

crabjl's games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all digital game outcomes. Live dealer games are conducted by human dealers operating under controlled conditions. crabjl does not manipulate game outcomes in any way beyond the standard mathematical house edge inherent in each game's design.

In the event of a technical malfunction or a disconnection during a game round, crabjl will attempt to resolve the situation in accordance with the affected game's rules. crabjl shall not be liable for losses resulting from connection interruptions on the player's side.

For sports betting, all wagers are settled based on the official result of the relevant sporting event as recognized by crabjl. In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a sporting event, crabjl's determination shall be final, subject to the dispute resolution process in Section 14.

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and betting markets. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or betting interface and may be changed at any time at crabjl's discretion.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the crabjl Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence system to place bets, navigate the Platform, or interact with games on your behalf.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including sharing hand information in card games or coordinating bets in live casino environments.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in any game or Platform feature. If you discover a bug, you are required to report it to crabjl support immediately without exploiting it.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including using stolen payment credentials, providing false identity information, or engaging in unauthorized chargebacks.
• Attempting to launder money or use the crabjl Platform for any purpose that violates the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended).
• Using the Platform while located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players, crabjl staff, or live dealers through any Platform communication feature.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another player's Account or to any crabjl system, server, or database.

crabjl is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all Filipino players. We recognize that for a small percentage of players, gambling can become a problem, and we take that responsibility seriously.

crabjl provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible directly from your Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on how much you can deposit into your Account.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a set period of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately upon activation and cannot be reversed during the selected exclusion period.
• Account Cooling-Off: Take a short break from the Platform without full self-exclusion.

The collection, use, storage, and processing of your personal data by crabjl is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By creating a crabjl Account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.

crabjl collects personal data including your name, date of birth, contact information, payment details, and gameplay activity for the purposes of operating your Account, processing transactions, verifying your identity, complying with legal obligations, and improving the Platform.

Your personal data will not be sold to third parties for marketing purposes. crabjl may share data with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities as required by law or as necessary to operate the Platform.

All content on the crabjl Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, trademarks, and service marks — is the exclusive property of crabjl or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content.
• Use crabjl's brand name, logo, or trademarks in any context without prior written consent.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of any crabjl software.
• Frame or embed any crabjl page or content within another website or application.

Any unauthorized use of crabjl intellectual property may result in civil and criminal liability under Philippine law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, crabjl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from your own gambling decisions or wagering activity.
• Losses resulting from unauthorized access to your Account due to your failure to maintain login credential security.
• Interruptions to service caused by technical issues, third-party provider failures, internet connectivity problems, or force majeure events.
• Errors in game display or result presentation caused by your own device, browser, or internet connection.
• Any decision by crabjl to suspend, restrict, or terminate your Account in accordance with these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms limits crabjl's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory Philippine consumer protection law.

crabjl's total aggregate liability to any individual player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

crabjl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe.
• Discovery that the Account holder does not meet the eligibility requirements in Section 3.
• Discovery of duplicate Accounts in violation of the One Account Policy.
• Use of prohibited software or exploitation of game vulnerabilities.
• Regulatory direction from PAGCOR or other competent authority.

Upon closure of an Account for breach of these Terms, crabjl reserves the right to withhold any Real-Money Balance pending investigation. Where a material breach is confirmed, crabjl may forfeit the balance in accordance with applicable regulations.

You may voluntarily close your crabjl Account at any time by contacting the support team. Prior to closing an Account, any remaining Real-Money Balance (net of applicable Wagering Requirements) will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to completed KYC verification.

If you have a complaint or dispute relating to your crabjl Account, a transaction, a game result, or any other aspect of the Platform, you should first contact the crabjl support team through the Platform's messaging channel. Please provide as much detail as possible, including your Account username, the date and time of the relevant event, and a description of the issue.

crabjl aims to acknowledge all complaints promptly and to provide a substantive response within a reasonable timeframe. crabjl's decision on all disputes relating to game outcomes, bonus calculations, and account actions shall be final, subject to the escalation process below.

If you are not satisfied with crabjl's response to your complaint after following the internal process, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR in accordance with PAGCOR's applicable player dispute resolution procedures. crabjl will cooperate fully with any such regulatory review.

In all cases, the applicable limitation period for raising a dispute is ninety (90) days from the date of the event giving rise to the complaint. Disputes raised outside this period may not be considered.

crabjl reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, crabjl will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where the changes are material, will provide reasonable notice to registered players via the email address on file or via a Platform notification.

Your continued use of the crabjl Platform following the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 13.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates. crabjl encourages all players to bookmark this page for easy reference.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved through the complaint process described in Section 14 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed from the Terms if modification is not possible, without affecting the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
